Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 February 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roll with It mobile app, web app, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1) About Roll with It

Roll with It is a budgeting and tracking tool. It helps you record transactions, set category budgets, and view summaries/insights based on the information you provide.

2) No financial advice

The Services are provided for informational and organisational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any insights, summaries, or suggestions are general in nature and may not be suitable for your situation.

You are responsible for your financial decisions. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4) Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security incident relating to your account.

5) Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Services (e.g., transactions, categories, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services and to provide support.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., introducing malware, scraping at scale, denial-of-service).
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Services in a way that violates the rights of others.

7) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Services or other means.

8) Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example, hosting and database providers). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

9) Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

12) Account deletion requests

You can request account deletion by emailing joelybahh@gmail.com.

  • Subject: “Account deletion request”
  • Include: the email address associated with your account
  • Verification: we may ask you to confirm the request
  • Processing: we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes

13) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. Read it here: Privacy Policy.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. If you operate Roll with It from Australia, you may wish to specify a state/territory (e.g., New South Wales). If you want, tell me what you want listed and I’ll hardcode it cleanly.
